Ingredients
Hokkien Noodles– Use a 14 ounce precooked noodle package. Celery- 1 cup chopped
Yellow Onion- ½ onion sliced thin.
Cabbage- ½ cup shredded
Olive Oil- 3 tablespoons.
Low Sodium Soy Sauce – 2 tablespoons.
Hoisin Sauce– 2 tablespoons.
Optional- cooked tofu and/or Seasonings as desired.
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients as indicated above. You can chop the celery, slice the onion, and shred the cabbage. However, if the noodles have not been cooked, cook them as indicated on the packaging. Also, if you are adding tofu chunks, make sure they have been cooked as well.
Carefully remove the Chow Mein from the instant pot and serve.
