Ingredients

Topping- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (½ cup)+ Fresh Rosemary (1 tablespoon) + salt. Optional, cherry tomatoes.

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a rimmed baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
      Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the almond milk with the water. Then add the dry ingredients from the first bowl along with the olive oil. Mix until just combined.
    • Transfer this to the prepared baking pan or dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan before cutting.

    • Serve with the topping ingredients suggested or the topping of your choice. Tip: if you choose to use my topping ingredients, spread the topping over the bread before baking to allow it to bake in for more flavor!
