For the Glaze, Powdered Sugar (1 cup) and Orange Juice (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350. Also, double prep your cake pan well.
In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and orange zest.
Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and vegetable oil until creamy. Then mix in the almond milk and orange juice.
Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until juice combined. Then fold in the chopped pecans.
Bake your cake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cake to sit in the bundt pan for about ten minutes. Then place a cooling rack over it, flip the cake over, and unmold the cake to finish cooling. To make the glaze, simply combine the ingredients, adjusting as needed for desired consistency.
