Ingredients

For the Glaze, Powdered Sugar (1 cup) and Orange Juice (1 tablespoon)

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 350. Also, double prep your cake pan well.
    • In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and orange zest.
    • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and vegetable oil until creamy. Then mix in the almond milk and orange juice.
    • Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until juice combined. Then fold in the chopped pecans.
    • Bake your cake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    • Allow the cake to sit in the bundt pan for about ten minutes. Then place a cooling rack over it, flip the cake over, and unmold the cake to finish cooling. To make the glaze, simply combine the ingredients, adjusting as needed for desired consistency.
