Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Carrots - prepared as described
  • ¼ cup Gouda - see post for details and alternatives.
  • 2 tsp Seasonings - see post for details and alternatives.
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360. Give the basket a quick spray with nonstick.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the carrots, seasonings and the oil.
  • Air fry the carrots for 10 minutes and then toss the carrots in the basket and return them to the air fryer.
  • Next, air fry for another five minutes, toss, and add half of the cheese.
  • Continue to air fry until the carrots appear to be crisp and the cheese has melted (another three to five minutes in most air fryers). Serve the carrots with the remaining cheese.
