Baked Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Ingredients

  • Old fashion rolled oats– 1 cup .
  • Peanut Butter– ½ cup
  • Honey– 3 tablespoons.
  • Egg-1
  • Dried Fruit– ½ cup .

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 and prep a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or for nonstick.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the oats with the peanut butter, honey and the egg. Then fold in the fruit.
  • Use a tablespoon, large melon scooper, or an ice cream scoop to scoop out the mixture to roll into individual balls.
  • Bake for six to eight minutes or until somewhat set. Allow the bites to cool before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

I mentioned that wrapping these bites individually is perfect for grabbing for an on the go snack or packing for others to take. Also mentioned was that I like to use homemade peanut butter or peanut butter that does not have a lot of extra ingredients added to it.
I also mentioned that this recipe can be made as a no-bake recipe.
