  • A Mediterranean dip or sauce for dipping into. Mediterranean Dips such as hummus or Spanakopita.


  • Crunchy and dipping elementsCrackers.


  • Fresh fruit and vegetable element. Cherry tomatoes.
  • Grapes cut into small groups or single.
  • Sliced cucumbers, celery, carrots, or radishes.



  • Cheese element. Vegetarian Cheese such as mozzarella

  • How to arrange the food on a mezze board

    Start by placing anything that needs to be placed in a bowl onto the platter or board.
    This includes dips and marinated items.

    Then place larger items on the board, placing the items in different areas to balance out the board.

    Arrange the dipping items such as crackers along the edge of the board. Lastly, fill in the empty areas with the remaining items.
