Ingredients

  • Mangos- 3. chopped into small pieces.
  • Pepper- 1. Serrano or Jalapeño Pepper seeds removed and then sliced or diced. Please wear gloves before touching the pepper as it can burn.
  • Red Bell Pepper- 1 chopped.
  • Cilantro- ¼ cup chopped.
  • Red Onion- ½ cup chopped.
  • Vodka- 2 tablespoons.
  • Lime Juice- 2 tablespoons.

  • In a large serving or mixing bowl, place the chopped mango, peppers, cilantro, and onion. Gently mix the ingredients.
  • Drizzle the vodka and lime juice over the ingredients and toss. Season as desired and adjust the lime juice or vodka as desired.
  • Allow the ingredients to set in the refrigerator for more flavor before serving.
