Ingredients

  • Cashews- 1 cup raw.
  • Nutritional Yeast-2 tablespoons.
  • Salt garlic powder, and onion powder- 1 teaspoon.
  • Optional: a pinch of turmeric powder to enhance the color

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse until coarse consistency. You may need to scratch the sides a few times. Avoid overmixing to prevent making a butter.
  • Adjust salt and seasonings to taste.
