Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your muffin pan for nonstick.
In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or a whisk to mix together the flour, granola, baking powder and cinnamon.
Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the brown sugar and oil. Then add the bananas and beat until just mixed.
Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl along with the eggs and milk and mix until just blended. Do not overmix.
Fill the muffin cup three quarters of the way full and bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
