Ingredients

  • 1 Bread
  • cup Milk - see post for alternatives
  • 1 ½ cups Walnuts
  • 1 Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Place the bread in a shallow bowl. Pour the milk or alternative liquid over the bread and allow it to soak while you work.

  • Meanwhile, in a food processor or strong blender, puree the walnuts with the garlic, olive oil, cheese, and seasonings until a paste forms. Add the bread to the blender or processor and blend. Lastly, add additional liquid as needed until you reach your desired sauce consistency.
