Ingredients

  • 14 oz Tofu - extra firm, pressed and sliced
  • 2 Bell Peppers - seeds removed and sliced into strips.
  • 1 Onion - sliced thin
  • 3 tsp Seasonings -Mixture of ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. You can alternatively use a premade fajita seasoning.
  • 2 tbsp Oil - such as canola or olive.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Prep a rimmed baking sheet as desired for nonstick.
  • Prepare your ingredients as indicated if you have no done so.
  • Next, in a large bowl, place your sliced tofu, peppers, and onions.
    Add half of the oil and half of the seasonings and toss the ingredients. Then add the remaining oil and seasonings and toss again.
  • Evenly transfer and spread the ingredients from the bowl on to your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the ingredients for ten minutes and then stir them. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another five minutes or until the tofu turns golden brown.
    Allow the fajitas to slightly cool before serving.
