Instructions
Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes slicing your celery, onion (or shallots), chopping the herbs, and mincing the ginger. Then place these ingredients into a large bowl.
Dressing. To make the dressing, simple combine together the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk, blender, or dressing shaker. You can taste the adjustments as needed for flavor.
Assemble. When you are ready to serve your salad, pour about half of the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl. Toss the ingredients until covered. Add additional dressing and toss as needed.
Serve. Enjoy your salad as is or with a tasty meal.
