Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by making the pudding. In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together the chia seeds, almond milk, and a half tablespoon of the maple syrup. Let the ingredients sit for five minutes and them mix them again to break up any lumps.
  • Cover the bowl well and then refrigerate it for a minimum of two hours to, preferably, overnight.
  • To make the compote, cook the remaining ingredients on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries have broken down and the compote has thickened.
  • Remove the compote from the heat and let it get to room temperature before transferring to a container and storing it in your refrigerator. When you are ready to assemble your jars, simply layer the ingredients in each jar and serve
