Base. In a large bowl, such as a mixing bowl, toss together your slaw mix and cilantro.
Dressing. Use a whisk to combine together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine. Pour about half of the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl, toss the ingredients, and then repeat with the remaining dressing.
Chill. Cover and refrigerate the slaw for as little as 15 minutes to up to a couple of days for the flavors to meld together.
Serve. Toss the slaw and serve.
