Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Slaw Mix. --Store-bought dry slaw mix in a bag.
  • ½ cup Cilantro. --Chopped.
  • cup Olive Oil.
  • 1 tbsp Honey.
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin.

Instructions

  • Base. In a large bowl, such as a mixing bowl, toss together your slaw mix and cilantro.
  • Dressing. Use a whisk to combine together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Combine. Pour about half of the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl, toss the ingredients, and then repeat with the remaining dressing.
  • Chill. Cover and refrigerate the slaw for as little as 15 minutes to up to a couple of days for the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve. Toss the slaw and serve.
