Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese. -Freshly grated.
  • ¼ cup Milk.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Optional Ingredients Italian Seasoning or chopped parsley for serving.

Instructions

  • Prepare. If you have not done so, cook your pasta according to the directions on the packaging. I prefer al dente for this recipe. Your pasta should be drained.
  • Blend. In a good blender or food processor, blend together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, milk, and seasonings. Blend the ingredients until combined, creamy, and smooth, stopping after 30 seconds to scrape down the sides of the blender. This should take about a minute when blended on high speed.
  • Heat. Transfer the blended ingredients to to a large skillet and heat over medium heat, whisking or stirring the ingredients, until thickened to your desired thickness.
  • Serve Serve the sauce over or tossed with your cooked pasta for a delicious meal.
