Greek Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken -Lean ground chicken
  • ½ cup Onion -Chopped Fine.
  • 2 cloves Garlic. -Minced
  • ¼ cup Parsley -Chopped Fine.
  • 1 tbsp Mint -Chopped Fine.
  • cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • Combine In a large bowl, combine together all of the ingredients except for the chicken. Then use a rubber spatula to fold in the ingredients or your hands to combine them. Using your hands is really the easiest way to fully combine the ingredients.
  • Scoop. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the meatballs and then roll the meatballs between your hands to help shape them.
  • Bake. To bake these meatballs, first preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper with olive oil spray. Bake the chicken meatballs for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  • Cook. To cook these meatballs on the stove, preheat a tablespoon of olive oil in your skilled on medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs for six to eight minutes, flipping them as needed so that all sides of the meatballs are evenly browned.
  • Air Fry To air fry these meatballs, first spray them lightly with the olive oil spray. The air fryer at 375°F for 15-18 minutes, shaking or flipping the meatballs every seven minutes.
