If you have not done so, prepare your chicken as indicated and then place the chicken into a large zip top bag.
In a small bowl, use a fork or a whisk to combine together the flour and seasonings. Then add these dry ingredients to the bag with the chicken.
Seal the bag and then shake or rotate the bag so that the chicken becomes coated with the dry ingredients.
In a large skillet, heat your olive oil on medium high heat for one minute.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until the turn golden brown on each side (about four minutes per side).
Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Next, add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant (about a minute). Then add the yogurt to the skillet along with the stock, mustard, and honey.
Use a wooden spoon to stir the ingredients and gently scrape the chicken residue from the bottom as you cook the sauce.
When your sauce begins to bubble you can place the chicken back into the skillet.
Cover the skillet and cook for another five minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
