  • 8 oz Baby Spinach - cleaned
  • ½ cup Strawberries - sliced
  • cup Raspberries
  • cup Blueberries
  • cup Walnuts - chopped
  • 3 oz Goat Cheese - crumbled

Dressing

Instructions

  • Start by making the dressing so that the flavors can meld together. Simply whisk or use a mixer bottle to combine together the dressing ingredients. Then cover and refrigerate the dressing.
    You can then prepare your other ingredients while the dressing chills.
  • Place the spinach into a large salad serving bowl. Then top the spinach with the strawberries, walnuts, and blueberries.
  • Give the ingredients a quick toss and then drizzle about half of the dressing over the ingredients. Add additional dressing as needed and toss.
  • Top the salad with your cheese and serve.
