Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados --Peeled and pit removed. Choose avocados that are soft but not mushy
  • 2 cloves Garlic. --Roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger. --Peeled and minced.
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk. --Use a full-fat coconut milk.
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Leaves.
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice. --Additional as needed
  • ½ tsp Salt. -- This can be adjusted as needed.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare the ingredients as indicated. This includes chopping the ginger, chopping the garlic, and removing the skin and pit from the avocado.
  • Combine. In a blender or food processor, combine together avocado, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, cilantro, salt, and lime juice to the blender or food processor.
  • Mix. Give the blender or processor a few pulses. Then puree the the ingredients until smooth.
  • Taste. Taste the crema and make adjustments as needed. You can add additional lime juice for flavor, coconut milk to thin the cream out, or additional salt as needed.
