Vegan Peaches and Cream Popsicles

Instructions

  • Process the peaches with ½ cup of the vegan milk.
    Evenly transfer this to the molds filling them about an inch.
    Then refrigerate the remaining peach mixture.
    Freeze the molds for an hour for the peach mixture to somewhat set.
  • Blend, process, or whisk together the remaining vegan milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
    To transfer the milk mixture to the molds, first add a bit to each of the molds and then add dollops of the remaining peach mixture, alternating each as desired, filling the molds about two thirds to three quarter full.
  • Place the sticks or holders into each of the popsicles and place the molds into your freezer. Freeze until fully set- about six to eight hours.
