Instructions
Prepare your ingredients as indicated. Peel the oranges and separate them into pieces, slice the peppers and onion, and mince the cilantro.
Place half of the orange pieces in a large bowl. Add the sliced onions over the oranges and then top that with the peppers.
Drizzle half of the lime juice over the ingredients and toss the ingredients until the lime juice in well integrated.
Arrange the remaining orange pieces over the tossed ingredients. Drizzle the remaining lime juice over the oranges and top that with the cilantro and any desired seasonings.
Refrigerate the salad for 10 to 20 minutes for the flavors to meld together before serving.
You can top the salad with optional cheese, nuts, seed, or seasoning as desired.
