  • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a square baking pan for nonstick.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt until creamy. Then add the oats and ground flax to the bowl and stir until combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking pan and use your hands or a small rolling pin to press the mixture into place so that there is an even layer.
  • Bake the bars for 10-12 minutes, in the center of your oven, or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
  • Let the bars cool in the pan for 10 minutes to fully set before removing them to fully cool on a rack.
