Place the ingredients, except for the peppers,in a tall cup, blender, or food processor.
Blend or pulse the ingredients until the consistency begins to thicken (about a minute).
Taste and adjust your seasonings before your add the peppers at this point.
Add the peppers to the ingredients and blend until the peppers are are incorporated. Note that the consistency of the sauce will be thickened a bit more from the blending.
Refrigerate the sauce to set and for the flavors to meld together for at least a half hour.
