Instructions
Ingredients. In a food process, blender, or mixer, combine together the ricotta cheese, olive oil and lemon juice.
Process. Mix or process the ingredients until light, smooth, and fluffy (about one to two minutes).
Taste. Taste the mixture and make adjustments as needed, such as adding additional flavors or seasonings.
Transfer. Transfer the whipped ingredients to a serving bowl or container.
Topping. Drizzle additional olive oil and honey on top. Add your topping ingredients, such as herbs and roasted pine nuts.
Serve. Serve your whipped ricotta with sliced baguette, crostini, vegetables, or as desired.
