Crunchy Kale Salad in Maple Dijon Dressing

Crunchy Kale Salad in Maple Dijon Dressing, inspired by the popular Kale Crunch Salad, curly kale with green cabbage and almonds.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Kale. --Chopped into bite sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Cabbage. --Green cabbage that has been shredded or chopped.
  • ½ cup Almonds. --Roughly chopped or sliced.

For the dressing.

Seasonings. Such as salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dressing. In a medium bowl or wide mouthed mason jar, use a whisk to combine together the dressing ingredients.
  • Assemble. In a large bowl, toss together the kale and cabbage until combined. Then drizzle half of the dressing over the ingredients, toss the ingredients, and repeat, tossing the ingredients until well combined.
  • Serve. Sprinkle the almonds, and any optional ingredients, over the salad and serve.
