- 1 cup Cucumber -Peeled or washed and then sliced thin.
- 1 Green Bell Pepper -stem and seeds removed, sliced.
- ½ cup Onion -Red onion works best in this recipe. Your onion should be sliced thin.
- ½ cup Olives -Kalamata or black onions, pits removed and sliced as desired.
- 2 cup Tomatoes - cherry or grape, sliced in half
- ½ cup Feta cheese - Crumbled into small pieces.
