  • Preheat your oven to 350. Prepare your loaf pan for nonstick.
  • In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the banana with the maple syrup and oil until creamy. Then stir in the oat milk and the vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just incorporated. Then fold in the walnuts.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared loaf pan and baking for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the loaf to site for 20 minutes in the loaf pan before transferring it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
