Prepare your chicken as needed for cooking. Place the chicken into a large zip top bag(s). Also prepare your potatoes and asparagus if you have not done so.
To make the marinade, place the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and use whisk to mix them together. Then pour the marinade over the chicken and secure the top of the bag. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least a half hour.
To prepare the pouches, prepare each of the foil sheets and lay them out open on a flat work space. Place a chicken breast in the center of each of the foil sheets and then surround the chicken with the other ingredients. Pour the marinade over the ingredients and and then secure the foil packets well so that the marinade stays inside of the foil.
Oven method- Preheat your to 400. Place the chicken foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink. Campfire method- This works best on a campfire that is about a half hour old. Place the foil packets on the coals/grates/skillet and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through Grill Method- Preheat the grill on medium. Place your chicken packets on to your grill and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
