Ingredients

My ranch dressing was made with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Already prepared ranch seasoning can be used instead.

Instructions

  • Start by draining your cashews well.
Also, prepare your herbs if you have not done so.
  • In a good blender or food processor and process or blend your cashews with the vegan milk until just about smooth (few chunks will remain).
  • Next, add the lemon juice and the herbs and give the ingredients a few good pulses.
  • For the seasonings, add half of the seasonings, pulse and then taste the dressing. Repeat this step as need until you reach your desired flavor.
  • Serve the dressing/dip or refrigerate immediately.
