- Seasonings of you choice. My ranch dressing was made with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Already prepared ranch dressing seasoning can be used.

- In a good blender or food processor and process or blend your cashews with the vegan milk until just about smooth (few chunks will remain).
- Next, add the lemon juice and the herbs and give the ingredients a few good pulses.
- For the seasonings, add half of the seasonings, pulse and then taste the dressing. Repeat this step as need until you reach your desired flavor.
- Serve the dressing/dip or refrigerate immediately.
