Ingredients

For the bruschetta.

  • 12 oz Cherry Tomatoes. -Sliced in half.
  • ¼ cup Basil. -Chopped fine.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
  • 2 cloves Garlic .-Minced.
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt.

For the chicken.

  • 4 Chicken Breasts. -Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning.
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • tbsp Balsamic Glaze.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. Prep your grill as desired or needed. Preheat the grill to 450F (high heat).
  • Bruschetta To make your bruschetta by combining the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Then refrigerate the mixture as you work so that the flavors can meld together.
  • Marinade. In a small bowl, use a small whisk or fork to combine together the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper. Use a pastry brush or similar item to brush the chicken with your olive oil on both sides. Then sprinkle the seasoning blend on top of the chicken on both sides.
  • Cook. Carefully place your prepared chicken on your grill. Grill the chicken breasts (with the lid closed) for approximately 20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through grilling. Then transfer the cooked chicken to a clean plate and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve. To serve your chicken, spoon the bruschetta over the grilled chicken and then drizzle it with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately!
