Prepare. Prep your chickpeas as indicated (drain, rinse, and dry). Preheat your oven to 425 and prep a rimmed baking sheet for nonstick.
Toss. In a large bowl or zip top bag, combine together all of your ingredients. Then toss the ingredients and toss until the chickpeas are fully coated.
Bake. Transfer your coated chickpeas to your prepared baking sheet, evenly spreading them out. Then bake the chickpeas until crisp and golden, about 30 minutes, stopping to stir every ten minutes.
Cool. Once your chickpeas are golden and crisp they can be removed from the oven and allowed to cool for five to ten minutes before enjoying.
