Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare. Gather and measure your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 300°F, and prep a rimmed baking sheet. Parchment paper works well in this recipe.
  • Oil. In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Oats. Add the oats and the almond flour to the bowl and use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold the ingredients until the oats are well coated with the other ingredients.
  • Almonds. Lastly, fold the almonds into the mixture until just combined.
  • Bake Evenly spread the ingredients in your prepared baking sheet. Bake the granola until dry, firm, and golden brown (about 30-35 minutes).
  • Cool. Allow the granola to completely cool on the baking sheet before breaking up the clusters into smaller pieces or transferring.
