Crust

Fruit Filling

  • 3 Peaches -sliced
  • ½ cup Blueberries

Crumble Topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a square baking pan for nonstick.
  • To make the base, in a large bowl, use a fork or a whisk to combine together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and light brown sugar.
Once combined, stir in the melted coconut oil and water and mix until the ingredients form a crumbly texture. Transfer the base ingredients to your prepared baking pan and press the them into the pan until a flat and even base if formed.
  • To make the filling, simply place the sliced peaches and berried evenly over the base.
  • For the crumble topping, in a mixing bowl, combine together the topping ingredients until very small crumbles are formed. Then use your hands to toss the ingredients until the crumbles become pea-sized.
Sprinkle the crumbles evenly over the fruit filling.
  • Bake your crumble for 30-35 minutes or the crumble topping turns golden brown. Then place the baking pan on a wire cooking rack to finish cooling (about 20-25 minutes).
