Blend or process until smooth and resembles cheesy macaroni sauce (this can take three to six minutes depending on your desired texture).
- Combine and Serve. Pour the sauce over your cooked pasta, toss the ingredients, and serve.
Expert Tip 👉 Cook your pasta al dente according the packaging directions so that it will keep its structure better when combined with the sauce. Also, for a creamier sauce, save some (tablespoon or so) of the pasta water and stir it into the sauce.
