    Block feta that is creamy seems to work best in this recipe. Crumbled feta tends to be a bit dry.

    2. Process. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic to the processor and process the ingredients until smooth.
    3. Season. Add your seasonings, taste the dip, and make adjustments as desired.
    4. Serve. Transfer your dip to a serving bowl, add the toppings, and serve or refrigerate it.
