What Greek seasoning made of is a good question to ask.
Greek seasoning is especially known for the combination of oregano, garlic, marjoram, possibly some mint (lamb), and a bit of salt. To be honest, you can easily find Greek Seasoning already blended for you in a bottle online.
For this recipe you can easily get away with using a pre-made seasoning mix for the seasonings in the ingredient list.
You will also need olive oil and lemon juice.
I suggest using fresh lemons if possible for this recipe.
Tips Easiest Greek Chicken

- This is a chicken recipe that works great on the grill. However, I also like the idea of cutting the chicken into two to three inch pieces and cooking it with vegetables on the side (red peppers, broccoli, or even potatoes).
What do you serve this chicken with?
First off, when it comes to wine, I like a Sauvignon Blanc (dry white) or maybe a rose depending on how much lemon flavor is in the chicken. Zinfandel is also good if you are grilling your chicken.
