- In your large serving bowl, combine together the beans, corn, pepper and chopped onion.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients that you placed together in the first step. Then pour it over the ingredients in the large bowl. Toss these ingredients together.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients over salad bowl and serve.
