    Ingredients needed to make Green Goddess Dressing and Dip

    • Greek Yogurt. Use plain Greek yogurt.
    • Tahini Anchovy paste can alternatively be used (you may need less).
    • Water. This can be adjusted for texture.
    • Parsley. Use fresh parsley.
    • Spinach. Fresh baby spinach that has been cleaned and dried.
    • Scallions. Your scallions should be sliced.
    • Lemon Juice. Freshly squeezed should be used.
    • Garlic. Roughly chopped into pieces.
    • Apple Cider Vinegar This too can be adjusted.
    • Seasonings as desired. This can include salt and pepper.

    This recipe uses fresh parsley and spinach. Feel free to use other other herbs such as chives, cilantro, or basil.

    How to make Mediterranean Diet Green Goddess Dressing and Dip

    1. If you have not done so, prepare a jar (such as a mason jar) with lid by cleaning and drying it.
    2. Place your yogurt into a food processor or good blender and give it a few pulses to loosen it up.
    3. Add the remaining ingredients and process or blend until creamy.
    4. Taste the dressing an make adjustments to the flavor as needed.
    5. To thin out your dressing add a tablespoon or so of water.
    6. Transfer your dressing to your prepared jar and use or refrigerate before serving.

    Expert Tip 👉 Your green goddess dressing will thicken when it is refrigerated. To thin it out the dressing you can stir in additional water.
