- The Panna Cotta in this recipe shows the serving jars have been tilted to make the dessert more interesting. You do not have to tilt your jars if you do not want to.
- You can alternatively make your panna cotta in ramekins. If you run a knife around the edges of the ramekin, it will make it easier to release the panna cotta when you turn it upside down.
- Be careful not to overcook the vegan panna cotta. Overcooking can cause your panna cotta to solidify too much and you will get a "brick" that is too solid and difficult to break with a spoon.

- Use a kitchen funnel to evenly pour the heated mixture into each glass, jar, or ramekin. Allow this to cool to room temperature and then place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- To prepare the strawberry sauce, process the strawberries in a blender or food processor then transfer them to a small saucepan. Add the water and the remaining sugar alternative and cook on medium heat until thickened (10-12 minutes). Allow this to cool a bit before topping the panna cotta.
