Tips for making this chickpea burger patties recipe
I just mentioned that these burgers can easily be baked in an oven.
They can also be made on the grill on medium heat, flipping as needed.
Here are some more great tips for you.
- The easiest way to form the burgers is to use your hands. If the burger becomes too sticky for your hands, try wetting your hands.
- This recipe calls for the burgers to be made on the stove. However, to make them more crisp or to make your burgers more like the grilled burgers, simply finish cooking them on the grill or in the oven.
- Leftover burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a few days, To warm them up simply place them on a warm skillet to heat up.
People ask how do you bind Chickpea Burgers.
It is common for nonvegans to use an egg as a binder when making burgers.
Sometime we will use vegan alternatives as well.

The flour will work as a thickener. Feel free to use all purpose flour instead.
You may be wondering how to serve up your vegan burger.
The easiest way to eat these burgers is to simply put them on a bun and eat them like any other kind of burger. However, you could easily omit the bun and use a fork and knife instead!
