- Drain. Carefully drain the mushrooms from the boiling water, reserving a half cup of the water for packing.
- Combine. Place the mushrooms into your clean jar(s). Pour the marinade on top and use the packing water from the last step to cover the mushrooms if needed. Stir the ingredients or securely place the lid on top and shake the ingredients.
- Chill. Refrigerate your mushrooms for at least a half hour for the ingredient flavors to meld.
